Took a few pictures of a couple different cactus blooms. They are just now starting to bloom. I will try to get more kinds if possible. I just love the blooms.
When we first came out I used to say they were Cactus Easter bonnets ..... some of the organ pipes only bloom at night & the blossom falls off in early AM so you have to get up early to enjoy.Aren't they glorious?
Very nice pictures!!! Our organ pipe cactus that was in our backyard use to bloom only in the morning and it smelled awesome- I use to want to try and find a way "to bottle" the scent into some kind of lotion or something!
