Another Sunday Evening Entertainment

The Sun City Orchestra performed tonight. It was very good. While sitting outside listening to this, the air smelled so good with orange blossoms.

AMERICAN GOTHIC FIGURES

Went to Mesa today with Mark and Eileen for Waldo's barbecue. After the meal, we drove downtown Mesa to see the new American Gothic Figures on one of the corners. As you can see they are very tall.

CACTUS BLOOMS

Took a few pictures of a couple different cactus blooms. They are just now starting to bloom. I will try to get more kinds if possible. I just love the blooms.

Show At Sun Bowl

Went to Sun Bowl for an evening of entertainment. It was The Four Preps. They were very good. They did all the oldies songs of theirs and a lot of other groups. Very entertaining.

Bill & Jane Stewart

Had a nice visit from Bill and Jane Stewart, long time friends, last week.

THE MEDITATION CHAIR

This is Pam's meditation chair, but Scooter is borrowing it for the time being, until we get it back to Pam. I think it is doing him some good!

COMING HOME FROM ENTERTAINMENT SHOW TO FIND:

Tonight we went out to one of the Rec Centers entertainment show, and when we came home, Scooter came to meet us at the door all wet. Well, come to find out, our skylight in the bathroom and the kitchen are leaking. Also, our TV doesn't come on. We found out we had some bad lightning and 3 or 4 inches of hail. Well, above is the hail that is still on the patio and I think when we check further, I bet the skylights are broken and that is why they have water in them.

Always something. I think the tv antenna got struck, therefore the dog went to hide in the bathroom, and got wet from the water in the bathroom. Guess we will be busy this week.
